Although Jazil’s Belmont Stakes (gr. I) victory and Invasor’s Horse of the Year campaign in 2006 resulted in a banner year for Sheikh Hamdan’s Shadwell Stable, 2007 had more than its share of triumphs as well. Expectations for LAHUDOOD in 2007 were relatively low, but the filly soared above them to become a grade I winner and a turf champion. The homebred daughter of Singspiel, out of Rahayeb (by Arazi), captured 188 first-place votes to claim the female turf crown.....click here for more, including video
